This is a workshop, not a factory.

Everything here is an experiment. Some of it will be strange. Some of it will not work. That is the point — the fastest way to learn what software can be is to keep building things nobody asked for.

The work is hybrid. Human and machine, hand and model, intuition where it counts and automation where it does not. Neither half is the author. The interesting part lives in the seam between them.

So we ship the prototype and keep the rough edges. Better early and wrong than late and safe.
